Autonomous mapping works

        From the day one, we knew the robot has to have the autonomous mapping. It also must be doing SLAM. The world is full of hard-to-use manually mapped robot user interfaces that are just too difficult to average Joe.

        Because of that, the robot should be able to realize it is in a new place. It should be able to see if someone has lifted the robot to some other part of the space, or to totally new place. It should be able to realize where the charger is. And it should be doing this without human intervention.

        Pretty bold huh? Not really. This all can be found from autonomous robot definition in Wikipedia.
